Refund & Cancellation

The services we are offering like Website Designing, Software Development, Mobile App, SEO, SMO, Web Hosting, and Website maintenance undergo meticulous analysis and the creation of a comprehensive scope document before being undertaken and accepted. This approach ensures that our teams possess a thorough understanding of the required tasks, thereby minimizing the likelihood of project cancellation, reversal, or disputes.

Both RiAcube and our clients acknowledge that achieving project milestones and completing each module requires dedicated work. Therefore, once work has been assigned to us, refunds are not possible for the services rendered.

Payments made to us for Custom Website or Software Development projects/above mentioned services in increments by the client are non-refundable. If the project is delayed or cancelled by the client in any circumstances, all payments made to RiAcube are retained by the company. Additionally, if applicable, the client shall be responsible for compensating RiAcube for any work completed beyond what was already paid for.

We are committed to working closely with you, and upon receiving confirmation from your end, we promptly take action and provide you with work in progress. Consequently, if you decide to retract your commitment after confirmation, the amount you have already paid remains non-refundable. Our team engages with clients extensively, addressing all queries and concerns to the best of our ability before commencing work upon their approval. As explicitly stated, there is no provision for any refunds, and the paid amount is deemed non-refundable under any circumstances.
